How to Delete Your Data

If you contacted Cornerstone Exterior Remodeling through our website, by phone, by text, or through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, you can ask us to delete the information you sent us.

How to ask

Email privacy@teamche.com or call (919) 355-6042. Please include:

your name
the phone number, email address or Facebook/Instagram name you used to contact us
the words "Delete my data"

What happens next

We confirm your request within 5 business days.
We delete your contact details and messages from our customer system within 30 days.
If you have a signed contract, warranty or open job with us, we keep only what the law or the contract requires (for example, the contract, warranty records and payment records), and delete the rest.

Facebook and Instagram

Deleting your data with us does not delete the conversation inside Facebook or Instagram. You can delete that conversation in the Messenger or Instagram app. If you remove our app's access in your Facebook settings, we will also delete the messages we received from you.
